What we restore

We only offer restoration for still images and not for moving images like video and film. We can apply restoration techniques to any digital still image file; meaning any prints, slides or negatives we scan for you will be compatible with our restoration services. And since we keep a backup of your digital files for a month, you can always order these services after receiving and reviewing your image files.

How we restore

Our technicians are trained in the latest version of Adobe Photoshop to use advanced techniques for color correction, red-eye removal, and the removal of damage such as tears, scratches, stains and most age-related decay.

What you get

You are given the restored images in a separate folder on your disc or hard drive. This is in addition to the standard scanned image that we normally create, so that you can see the difference the restoration has made.

Pricing

The cost of restoration is based on hours of labor, which is $50 per hour. The following table outlines samples, with pictures, of the lightest damage to some of the heaviest damage, and the costs associated with each. You can use this table as a tool to estimate your own costs of restoration.
