We made the order form as simple as possible. All you have to do is fill in the number of each type of scan or transfer you need, and the form will calculate the rest. Also fill out contact information, payment information, and shipping address (if applicable) and print it out. Include the printed form with your media, pack it tightly for shipment, and once it arrives in our facility we'll let you know. We review the order and will communicate with you to make sure we understand what you want.
