We made the order form as simple as possible. All you have to do is fill in the number of each type of scan or transfer you need, and the form will calculate the rest. Also fill out contact information, payment information, and shipping address (if applicable) and print it out. Include the printed form with your media, pack it all tightly together for shipment, and once it arrives in our facility we'll let you know. We review the order and ask you any necessary questions so that we are going to give you exactly what you are looking for.
